Her work spans financial oversight, insurance and payer management, human resources, and organizational operations of the NeoVerse. She earned her MBA from LSU, and is a perpetual learner. She also oversees compliance and regulatory responsibilities, insurance audits, risk management, staff development and training, and reporting and metrics review. Her specialties include credentialing, with a focus on handling the process. Rebecca brings a detail-oriented approach to overseeing multiple operational areas, drawing on critical thinking, problem solving, dedication, and a strong work ethic. Her professional goals center on strengthening operational and financial stability while keeping strategic growth in focus. She aims to build stronger systems, develop staff, expand referral relationships, and support sustainable growth through strong compliance and financial oversight. She is also working toward QuickBooks certification, continuing to build her knowledge in an area closely connected to her responsibilities. Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys supporting her children's football, baseball, and softball activities.
