He oversees operational, administrative, recruiting, and program support for a multi-location physical therapy practice. His responsibilities include managing recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants, while supporting daily clinic operations across four locations. He also administers the sports performance program and handles its reporting. Michael represents the company at career fairs and professional events, helping connect NeoLife with the broader professional community. He plans and coordinates events for NeoLife, NeoGolf, and NeoFit, and runs the junior golf kids camp for NeoGolf. Relationship building and networking are among the strengths he brings to his work. He is hardworking and dependable, communicates openly, considers different perspectives, and is willing to ask for help. His continuing education interests include leadership, management, and new business ideas, with a focus on growing as an administrator through events and professional functions.
