Holly Waltman serves in a central administrative role on the NeoLife Physical Therapy team. She is based at NeoLife's D'Iberville location. Her primary responsibilities include authorization tracking collections, and billing communication for all four clinics, with her work focused on the authorization portion of the three-bucket billing structure. In that structure, Holly handles authorizations, while verification and billing management are separate parts of the process. Holly's strengths include insurance authorizations and collections. She also provides children's swim lessons at NeoLife PT as a certified swimming instructor. Her software proficiencies include PromptEMR, WebPT, and Home Care Home Base. Holly plans to finish her medical billing and coding class in July, with graduation and the opportunity to walk across the stage planned for December. Her professional goals include finishing school and returning to pursue an associate degree in health science. Outside of work, Holly enjoys spending time with her family. She likes watching her niece play softball and her nephew play football. Being out on the water is another way she enjoys spending her personal time.
