Balance and fall prevention at our Ocean Springs location combines standardized risk assessment with progressive, functional balance training. Your therapist evaluates your strength, coordination, vision, vestibular function, and reaction time to build a complete picture of your fall risk.
Treatment includes targeted lower extremity strengthening, dynamic balance challenges, gait training, and home safety education. We work with you to build the confidence needed to walk, garden, shop, and participate in community activities along Government Street and beyond.
Our Bienville Boulevard clinic provides a supportive environment for balance training, with one-on-one sessions that allow your therapist to spot you through challenging exercises safely.
